Liz is a Chief Operating Officer who most recently worked for the tech scale up Bink where she was responsible for leading around 75% of the workforce across Bank Partnerships, Retail Partnerships, Product, Engineering and Operations, and was with the company for 5 years. In this time, she scaled it from 20 to 90 people, drove the technical integration into leading UK banks and matured the company from a B2C to a B2B organisation.
Prior to Bink, Liz was a consultant advising on the executive teams of startups and SME’s and drawing on her 20-year career in financial services. Liz started her career on the front line of American Express, servicing customers, where she learnt first-hand what world class customer experience looked like.
With a constant curiosity in improving processes and service, she rose up the 'ranks', culminating her time there as Vice President, running the Global operational consulting arm within the network business, creating and building a business that delivered £12M in fee revenues in its first two years.
She has partnered with the world’s largest banks across multiple geographies to support them in transforming their organisations to deliver exceptional service, technology and payment products.
Liz has significant experience in leading teams through large scale, complex operational and technical programmes and is renowned for her ability to motivate teams and deliver.
Liz lives on the south coast and is mum to 2 children, a miniature labradoodle and 2 guinea pigs and questions her life choices daily on adding pets into the mix.
Hannah is Head of People at Netwealth Investments Limited, a disruptive modern wealth manager. She has 20 years’ experience in senior People roles in both large corporates and small start-ups and has a rare blend of experience from operating in both a consulting and in-house capacity.
Her early career was spent executing a people strategy for a world renowned, five-star, multinational hotelier. She has grown and overhauled people teams in small and scaling businesses and led many large, complex restructures and people turnaround initiatives. She spent 5 years as HR Director for American Express, playing a key global leadership role in the separation and redesign of its Global Business Travel division as it became a standalone, private equity-backed business.
